The Port Authority Police Lieutenants Benevolent Association, Inc. represents the active Lieutenant members of The Port Authority of NY & NJ. Our Lieutenants lead a network of aviation, rail, surface transportation and seaport facilities, which annually moves millions of people and transports vital cargo throughout the New York/New Jersey region.
